Cancellations, Returns & Exchange Policy

    Can I cancel the order after placing it?  

   You can contact us at +91-70822-33324 for the same. We will see if there was any fault in the service from our side and will accordingly accept the       cancellation. If the product is already shipped by the time of the cancellation, will will charge the shipping fee from the customer and will refund the rest of the amount after we receive the product back at our store.

    How do I return or exchange a product?

Our products cannot be exchanged or returned after the order is placed. We exchange or return products ONLY in case of technical defects or damaged products received after shipment. You can call us at +91-70822-33324 or email us at 

[email protected] within 24 hours of the product delivery.

Note: The products will be returned to the customer in case they are returned to us without prior permission at customer’s cost.


    Can I change or modify my order after placing it?

You can call our customer care executive on +91-70822-33324 or email us at [email protected] for your request. An order can be modified within 24 hours of the date of invoice as a new order. The difference of cost of modifications will be charged.

Note: We will NOT accept any requests for exchange or modification after delivering the order at the customer’s shipmen address.
